Thanks to the Lake Tahoe AleWorX’s special holiday “Pizza Forward: 1,000 Acts of AleWorX” initiative, guests attending Bread & Broth’s Monday Meal dinners during the month of December were treated to slices of freshly made wood-fired pizza. As part of this generous campaign, Bread & Broth received 35 pizzas every week to distribute as part of the ‘food giveaway’ portion of the meal service.
Every Monday, the pizzas were delivered by AlexWorX owner Luca Genasci fresh out of the oven, allowing guests to enjoy them immediately or save for later. The positive response was overwhelming, with many expressing their appreciation for AleWorX’s delicious pizza.
Bread & Broth is very thankful to Lake Tahoe AleWorX for choosing them as one of their non-profit partners to participate in this generous initiative. For every pizza purchased at AleWorX locations during December, one pizza was donated, with the ambitious goal of distributing 1,000 pizzas. This campaign not only provided food for those in need but also encouraged the community to participate in collective acts of kindness.
