SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – The Tahoe Chamber has announced the retirement of its CEO, Cristi Creegan. Cristi’s successful leadership has helped the Chamber reestablish itself as a source for businesses and professionals to connect, collaborate and grow on the South Shore.
Through her efforts, the staff has grown, the partnerships have broadened, and membership numbers have increased.
“The chamber is in a great position in terms of financial stability, member satisfaction and collaborative partnerships,” said Creegan. “I’m confident it will continue on this trajectory under new leadership with the committed support of the current board and staff.”
While her departure in March will be a loss for the Chamber, the bi-state membership organization said they also celebrate her choice to focus on family and live her best retired life.
Creegan is the former mayor of South Lake Tahoe.
The Chamber intends to move through the process of identifying a new CEO with
intention and efficiency. The application process will be announced soon.
