SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. – GigaBite is hosting a Robotics Open House for those in grades 4-12 on Wednesday, February 25, from 5 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. GigaBite and MegaBite Robotics will be sharing opportunities in the FIRST LEGO League (grades 4–8) and the FIRST Tech Challenge (grades 7–12), where students build, code, and compete with robots while developing real STEM, teamwork, and leadership skills—no experience needed!
This will take place at 2048 Dunlap Drive, Suite 10, South Lake Tahoe, adjacent to TJMaxx and Crazy Good Bakery.
The community-based team, GigaBite, was founded in 2021 with 10 middle and high school members. They are celebrating a recent 1st Place Inspire Award win at the State Championship on Saturday, and they’d love to help your child get involved.
You can also see their robots in action at STEM Discovery Night on May 8 from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at South Tahoe Middle School.
Come learn more and join the fun!
