Genoa Cemetery, Markleeville ghosts and more at the SLT Library

Join local authors Karen Dustman, Laurie Hickey, and photographer Judy Wickwire to hear stories from their recently-released book, "The Old Genoa Cemetery." The first in a four-volume series, this fascinating book takes readers on a tour of the southern-most section of this historic cemetery, and honors the lives of some of Carson Valley's earliest and most prominent settlers who are buried here. As an added plus, Karen will also share stories from her second newly-released book, "Markleeville Ghost Tales" -- a collection of the fascinating, true stories about ghost sightings told and re-told by the locals in this small frontier town.
