Lake Tahoe Community College and Tahoe Center for Orthopedics offer week-long summer sports camps focusing on improving kids’ overall health, wellness, and athletic performance!
Led by physical education specialists, Seth Martin and Kristi Jouett, FitKids Camps help kids learn proper exercise techniques, team-building, sports-specific techniques to enhance overall sports performance, how to make healthy nutritional choices, and learn about Lake Tahoe’s natural resources.
