However, in the United States the funding for election campaigns is provided by large corporations, banks, and a handful of wealthy individuals that results in the election of representatives who serve the best interests of the large corporations, banks, and wealthy individuals.
NDOT starts work to improve SR431 truck escape ramp

A project intended to increase public safety has begun on the north shore in Incline Village. The Nevada Department of Transportation (NDOT) has begun the project to enhance the State Route 431 Mt. Rose Highway truck escape ramp.

At the same time, some are shocked at the dilapidated condition of the built environment: rundown buildings, crumbling infrastructure, and tired-looking development. The paradox is compelling. Despite TRPA’s mandate to harmonize the natural and human-made landscapes so that they blend together, outdated development that preceded environmental standards now serves as blight in our community.

Carson City Sheriff's Office seeks public's help finding runaway teen

The Carson City Sheriff’s Office asks for the public’s help locating a runaway juvenile. Jonathan Ortiz, 14, was reported as a runaway Feb. 1, 2016. He is believed to be staying with friends in the Carson City area.
Jonathan is approximately 5 feet four inches and weighs about 110 pounds. If located lease call the Carson City Sheriff’s Office Dispatch at (775) 887-2008.

Authorities find runaway who threatened a school shooting

9:45 p.m. update 10/15/15: Douglas County Sheriff's Office reports that the young man who ran away from China Spring Youth Camp was found at the Walmart on Topsy Lane and taken into custody. He was arrested without incident or injuries.
Numerous tips received by law enforcement led to his capture.
Original Story:
A 15-year-old runaway from the China Spring Youth Camp is being sought by the Douglas County Sheriff's Office.

Savannah Stewart reportedly ran away on July 29, 2015 and hasn't been seen since.
It is unknown where she could be and the investigation has stalled.
