Weight Loss Strategies for People with Diabetes

Weight loss strategies for people with diabetes will be offered by Barton University on Thursday, May 17, 6:30-7:30 p.m. The free class will include healthy meal planning, high fiber food recommendations and exercise plans. We’ll help you with your wellness goals through food label education, diet and fitness options. Behavior modification techniques will be discussed to keep participants focused on their goal towards healthier living.
