Get caught up on the new employment laws and understand how they impact you and your business. Join your fellow Chamber members at these two informative sessions that will present highlights of new legislation and case law updates, including new wage and hour laws, for both California and Nevada.

CALIFORNIA SESSION 9:00am - 10:30am

The CA workshop will be presented by Heather Satin, co-owner of HG Business Law, LLP, a 21st century law firm in South Lake Tahoe that focuses on business development and business-related issues, including employment and immigration. This firm assists business owners and employees in navigating the workplace relationship and helps businesses plan, grow and excel!

NEVADA SESSSION 10:30am - 12:00pm
The NV workshop will be presented by Joanna Lilly, the Accounting and HR Manager for TahoeChamber and LTVA. She earned her Accounting and Business degrees at UNR. Joanna appreciates the entrepreneurial spirit and supports local businesses whenever possible with her extensive HR, payroll and accounting expertise.
