March 28, 2015 - 7:30pm The Lake Tahoe Community College Chorus and Tahoe Choir are proud to present songs that our forefathers used to sing - beginning with Appalachian tunes like "Lord of the Dance", and those brought from other lands, like "Drunken Sailor" and "Hava Naghila" to traditional prairie tunes of 19th century, like "Red River Valley". The concert will culminate with a beautiful selection of Spirituals, like "Jericho", "Swing Low, Sweet Chariot", "The Gospel Train", and others.
Tickets available at the Duke Theatre, Lake Tahoe Community College: $10 general admission, $8 for seniors and students. Children under age 5 admitted free.
