Windjammers Yacht Club offers community sailing skills clinic

July 16, 2016 - 8:30am Would you like to learn about sailing? Lake Tahoe Windjammers Yacht Club is offering a community Sailing Skills Clinic Saturday, July 16, 2016.
Join the experienced skippers Of WYC for a day filled with classroom instruction and optional on-the-water application. Men and women of any skill level are invited to attend.
Pre-Registration is Required, Space is Limited. The clinic will be held at the WYC clubhouse located above the harbor master's office in the Tahoe Keys Marina. The cost is $35 for WYC members~~$45 for non-members.
~Sign-in begins at 8:30 am with coffee and beverages
~Classroom instruction begins at 9:00 am
~Brown bag lunch at 11:30 am is included
~Optional on-the-water instruction begins after lunch
~Social Hour at 5:00 pm with appetizers provided, the no-host bar will be open
You will need to bring appropriate layers of clothing, white soled shoes, a hat and sun screen. A Life Jacket is Required if you'd like to be a guest on a sailboat for the afternoon instruction on the lake.
