Plenty of sunshine this week in South Lake Tahoe

Spring-like forecast for the Lake Tahoe basin this week with a chance of precipitation over the weekend. It's going to be a warm week ahead!
Temperatures will be close to record highs and well above seasonal averages. Periods of warmth in the middle of winter are not uncommon for the Sierra and Western Nevada.
In the long-range forecast, temperatures will trend back to colder and protect the snowpack.

Today - Sunny, with a high near 47. East wind 5 to 10 mph.
Tonight - Clear, with a low around 18. East wind around 5 mph.
Monday - Sunny, with a high near 49. East wind around 5 mph.
Monday Night - Clear, with a low around 20. East wind around 5 mph.
Tuesday - Sunny, with a high near 56. South wind around 5 mph.
Tuesday Night - Mostly clear, with a low around 25.
Wednesday - Mostly sunny, with a high near 53.
Wednesday Night - Partly cloudy, with a low around 27.
Thursday - Mostly sunny, with a high near 53.
Thursday Night - Partly cloudy, with a low around 29.
Friday - Partly sunny, with a high near 52.
Friday Night -Mostly cloudy, with a low around 27.
Saturday - A slight chance of showers. Partly sunny, with a high near 49.
