Chase International names Agents of the Year

Chase International recently recognized its top 2014 agents, with Alison Elder being named agent of the year for the Lake Tahoe area and Tina and Terri Ross honored as agents of the year in Reno.

Lake Tahoe’s top rookie was Mary Kleingartner with $4.2 million in volume sold. Brent Johnson was named top sales agent, with 42.75 units sold. Elder also claimed top listing agent in units, volume, and units and volume sold, as well as top sales agent. She helped broker more than $65 million in sales.

Reno’s rookie of the year was Dan Pittman, with $5.4 million in volume sold. The top listing agents were Dana and Rob Coons, who listed 22 new properties. Jack Cote was the top listing and sales agent in units sold.

Tina and Terry Ross, in addition to being named agents of the year, also earned the accolades of top listing agents in volume and volume sold, as well as sales agents in volume sold. They took in 19 new listings and were involved in more than $19 million in sales.
