More homes evacuated near Foresthill wildfire in Placer County

As of this morning, the fire was at 1,157 acres and burning three miles northwest of the community of Foresthill.

California Gov. Jerry Brown has ordered the National Guard to help local agencies fight the Robbers Fire in Placer County.
Five Black Hawk helicopters were dispatched this morning.
A specially-trained incident management team from Cal Fire is also now coordinating the attack on the Robbers Fire.
