American Legion needs a new roof on their South Lake Tahoe building - fundraiser set

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. -Help local veterans raise funds for a new roof at the Raise The Roof fundraiser at the American Legion Post 795 on Saturday, August 26 from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. The roof needs immediate attention and the price tag is high so proceeds will go towards fixing the roof along with other repairs and upgrades.

There will be food (served from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m.), music, and activities including horseshoes, corn hole, darts, billiards, kids' games, and more.

Admission: Adults are $25, kids 10 and under $10, and those 3 and under are free. This covers everything but the alcohol but there will be a full bar available for drink purchases.

The American Legion Hall is located at 2748 Lake Tahoe Blvd, South Lake Tahoe.
