Body of missing El Dorado County woman found

The body of a 36-year-old Georgetown woman missing since August 20 was found near her home Wednesday. Jennifer Wilson-Johnston, who suffered from Multiple Sclerosis and memory loss, left her residence on foot Saturday evening and hadn't been seen since.

The El Dorado County Sheriff's Office issued a press release earlier Wednesday, asking for the public's help in finding Jennifer.

The cause of death is under investigation and foul play in not suspected.
