FireFest 2023 on the South Shore September 30

The annual Fire Fest will be held on Saturday, September 30 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. outside the Hard Rock Casino Lake Tahoe at Stateline. Admission is free.

This event is a great opportunity for families to have fun while learning about safety and fire. Learn more about 'Firewise USA' and connect with active Fire Adapted Community Neighborhood Leaders and Tahoe Resource Conservation District at the event. SouthTahoePUD, South Tahoe Refuse & Recycling Co., Tahoe Living With Fire, and TRPA have added home safety, energy, and water conservation booths.

Sponsored by the Lake Tahoe Kiwanis Club, this annual event is hosted by your local fire agencies, including Lake Valley Fire District, the Tahoe Douglas Fire District, Fallen Leaf Lake CSD Fire Department, the City of South Lake Tahoe Fire Rescue, Tahoe Resource Conservation District, CAL FIRE, South Tahoe Public Utility District, South Tahoe Refuse, and the USDA Forest Service.
