Woman dies in Douglas County accident near valley side of Kingsbury Grade intersection

A Carson City woman died on Saturday in a single vehicle rollover accident on State Route 207 in Douglas County, the Nevada Highway Patrol reports.
Lynette Lucille Cieri, 63, died of injuries sustained in the accident. She was not wearing a seat belt.
The accident was reported at 5:20 p.m. at State Route 207 and Mottsville Lane. The preliminary investigation indicates a 1995 light green Jeep Grand Cherokee was traveling westbound on Mottsville Lane. For an unknown reason, the Jeep entered the north dirt shoulder of Mottsville Lane before re-entering the westbound lane.

The vehicle crossed over the double yellow lines before over-turning and ejecting Cieri. Speed appears to be a factor in this accident, and it is unknown if alcohol is a factor at this time. The road was closed in both directions for about five hours.
