Free Tahoe Learning Haven forum: Who are you as a learner?

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The Tahoe Learning Haven is holding its next free event, Who are YOU as a learner?, on Wednesday, December 13 from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the Boys and Girls Club of Lake Tahoe.

This free forum is about each of us as individuals and how we fit into a collective group - at school, at work, with friends, and even in our families. You will learn about YOU...how you perceive things, process things, and learn.

Hopefully, the forum will give you insight into your strengths and weaknesses as a learner and person. The goal is to make you more aware of why certain tasks are harder or easier for you, and not to give you an excuse, but rather to help you grow to your full potential as a student, a lifelong learner, and a great human being.

For those of you who are teachers/bosses, this information can be used in the classroom and workplace with your students/employees. Help create a stronger environment for learning and productivity.
