Tahoe Homeless Coalition to host open house and dinner at new Warm Room

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - The Tahoe Coalition for the Homeless have a new home and the South Lake Tahoe community is invited to their Warm Room Open House on January 22 from 4:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m.

Learn about the Warm Room which is now located at 989 Third Street (behind Thran's), engage with volunteers, tour the facilities, find out more details on their programs and meet their new Executive Director Cheyenne Purrington

4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - Tour the new facility, get details on services and programs

and meet Cheyenne Purrington
5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Share a community meal with their volunteers, staff and warm room guests

They can use donations for the facility and guests: Laundry detergent, hot cocoa, ground regular and decaf coffee, powdered creamer, sugar, toilet paper, cleaning wipes and oatmeal packets would be greatly appreciated.
