STATELINE, Nev. - The Douglas County Sheriff's Office (DCSO) is asking for the public's help in identifying two men wanted for questioning in connection with alleged crimes in the Lake Tahoe casino area. Rewards are being offered in both cases.
They are investigating a theft case in which the suspect pictured above allegedly stole the victim's wallet, removed large amounts of cash and disposed of the wallet in a casino restroom. DSCO says the suspect left the casino property in a white vehicle similar to a Subaru wagon.
In the second case, DCSO is investigating a burglary case in which the suspect, also pictures above, allegedly used the personal identity of another to obtain a line of credit at a Stateline casino for $5,000. DSCO says the suspect obtained cash and gambled with his illegally obtained funds.
A reward is being offered to anyone with information leading to the arrest and/or conviction of the suspect. Your identity is not needed and you will remain anonymous. Anyone with information regarding this case is urged to call Douglas County Secret Witness at: 775-78-CRIME (775-782-7463) or DCSO Investigator Kevin Freeman at (775)782-6299 or at (775)586-7253. Please reference case number 20so04716 for the wallet case or case number 20so01390 in the casino credit case.
