Backcountry Film Festival coming to South Lake Tahoe

The Backcountry Film Festival is a celebration of the human-powered experience and a gathering place for the snowsports community. it is coming to South Lake Tahoe on April 9 from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at South Lake Brewing Company.
Funds raised at each screening stay in the local community to support winter recreation and conservation efforts education and avalanche/safety programs and to raise awareness of winter management issues. The April 9 screening is a fundraiser for the Winter Wildlands Alliance. Join them to celebrate the winter season and raise funds for our work to protect local and national snowscapes.

South Lake Brewing is located at 1920 Lake Tahoe Blvd. There will be food, raffles, films and brews.
