South Lake Tahoe Woman Missing; Police Ask For Public's Help

4-5-14 12:40 p.m. update - Camilyn Kay Price-Miller has been found alive and well in another location. She was unaware of the search for her so, once she found out about the situation she walked into a local police station.

On another note for the case, her husband, 44 year old Jeffrey Miller sits in El Dorado County Jail awaiting extradition to Nevada County. He was arrested by South Lake Tahoe on an outstanding attempted murder warrant from that area. In November, 2013 he is charged with trying to kill his wife which is the reason law enforcement was very concerned for her welfare.

A 47 year old South Lake Tahoe woman is missing and the police are concerned for her well being.

Camilyn Kay Price-Miller hasn't been seen in days according to her husband, 44 year old Jeffrey Miller. Miller reported her as a missing person at 7 p.m., Thursday, April 3.

Price-Miller's adult daughter, who lives in Kitsap County Washington, reported to her local sheriff's department that her mother was missing on March 31st.

During preliminary investigations the South Lake Tahoe Police Department has come across additional information that has generated concern for the missing woman's location and well being.

Several local agencies are involved in the case along with the SLTPD. El Dorado County Sheriff and District Attorney offices, El Dorado County Search and Rescue, U.S. Forest Service and SLEDNET Task Force are also actively on the case.

Due to the active and rapidly unfolding nature of this case, the police are withholding specific information regarding these circumstances from public release at this time.

They are asking for the public's help in finding Price-Miller and her vehicle. The car is described as a 1997 Toyota 4Runner, Black, CA License Plate #5ADM509, similar to the one in the photograph. On the back bumper are "Keep Tahoe Blue" and "Keep Tahoe Kind" stickers, and on the rear window is a sticker with the initials "LT."

She is reported as between 4'11" and 5'1", 90-110 lbs, blonde hair and blue eyes.
