Meyers Mountain Market and Music in the Park concert series return, sponsorships sought

MEYERS, Calif. - The temperatures are warming up, and that could only mean one thing - it's almost time for summer and the start of great events in the area.

The Meyers Mountain Market and Music in the Park concert series have both announced their opening dates, and music acts heading to Tahoe Paradise Park.

Meyers Mountain Market begins on Wednesday, June 5, and is held on Wednesdays through September 11. Join them for farm fresh produce, live music, food, artisan handmade crafts, and a grand ole' time. They are a certified farmer's market.

The market runs from 3 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. at the park, located at 1011 E. San Bernardino Avenue in Meyers. For more information, visit https://www.meyersmtnmarket.org/.

Music in the Park isn't just music - also food and community! They take place from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. on the following dates:

JUNE 7TH - TREY STONE BAND
JUNE 28TH - BOOT JUICE
JULY I9TH - SIMON KURTH & FRIENDS
AUGUST 9TH - CB RADIO
AUGUST 30TH - BISON
SEPTEMBER 20TH - JELLY BREAD

The concerts are free, though donations are appreciated, and both the market and concerts are looking for sponsors. Established as a non-profit organization, SunSnow Event Co. (DBA, Meyers Mountain Market) is hosting the Music In The Park concert series for the second year in a row and is financially responsible for the payment to the bands and all expenses associated with the event. They are asking for sponsors and donations to help facilitate the cost of Music In The Park to secure the event for years to come. Donations will also help Meyers Mountain Market make some larger purchases this year.
