Beach pass #1 goes to Please Stay Hydrated founders

SOUTH LAKE TAHOE, Calif. - When the annual beach passes went on sale on the opening day of Baldwin Beach on May 4, John Widroe and Paula Bagby improved their pass number by one - they got pass #1 this year.

The pair founded Please Stay Hydrated (PSH), a South Lake Tahoe-based nonprofit whose goal is to keep people hydrated. PSH educates people at public and private events about the importance of hydration. PSH also helps to keep people hydrated during these events by providing water, fruit, and hydration drinks. People often need to be more hydrated at large events such as concerts and sports events, and while participating in outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, biking, and beaching.

PSH will be at the South Lake Tahoe Wildfire Safety Expo on Saturday, May 18 at the South Tahoe Middle School and they invite the public to stop by and learn more about them.
