During this hour and a half presentation (with a break in the middle), UC Master Food Preservers will explain and demonstrate the basics of safely harvesting, freezing, dehydrating and canning your produce. Watch a live canning demonstration and receive a handout packet with information, recipes, video links and additional resources to help you confidently preserve your harvest.
