Time to nominate people and businesses for Blue Ribbon Awards

Since 2007, the Tahoe Chamber's Blue Ribbon Awards have honored excellence in business on the South Shore. The awards program recognizes businesses, organizations, and individuals for achievements, community contributions, and milestones. It is one of the largest business awards program on the South Shore bringing together over 300 local business leaders, entrepreneurs, organizations, community members and government officials.

The nomination period is now open and the winners will be revealed during a dinner and reception on November 9, 2017 at Harrah's Lake Tahoe Ballroom from 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $60.

Each year, Tahoe Chamber solicits nominations in the seven key categories that represent the breadth of business on the South Shore. Each nomination is carefully considered by the Blue Ribbon Awards Task Force and after weighting each nomination against the award criteria; seven award winners are chosen to receive one of the following honors: Experience Award, Customer Service Award, Public Agency Service Award, Entrepreneur Award, Tourism Award, Geotourism Awar. Economic & Community Improvement Award.
