El Dorado County Sheriff's Department Seeks Help in Finding Missing Girl

11/12/13 update: The El Dorado County Sheriffs Department is reporting that Juliet Riffey was found on Monday, 11/11 after receiving a 911 call. The caller had reported seeing Riffey in the Cameron Park area and have classified the situation as a voluntary runaway. No other details are available.

The El Dorado County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating an At-Risk Runaway Juvenile, Juliet Riffey.

Juliet ran away from her home in the Shingle Springs area during the night of November 1st, 2013. Juliet is a 15 year old white female, 5’ 2” tall, weighs 110 pounds, has dark blonde/brown hair, blue eyes, and wears oval wire framed glasses. Juliet also has a cleft lip, which causes her to become easily ill. There is great concern for Juliet's safety due to her being home schooled and having limited contacts with anyone outside her home. Per Juliet's mother, her disappearance from home does not look as though she packed or prepared to be away from home.

Anyone with any information regarding Juliet's whereabouts please contact the El Dorado County Sheriff's Office Detective Gallagher at 530-642-4720 or El Dorado County Dispatch at 530-621-6600 if she is seen. Case # EG13-9854
