GO Local Tahoe holiday campaign starts on Small Business Saturday

Tahoe Chamber is launching the GO Local Tahoe holiday campaign on Saturday, November 24, 2018. For residents, this campaign promotes and rewards the value of shopping and dining locally, with a chance to win gift certificates, a stay-cation, and a shot at three grand prizes. For business owners and operators, it provides an opportunity to promote and expand their base of customers or clientele.

Contestants can pick up their passport at any participating business or the Tahoe Chamber and begin spending locally on Nov. 24. Shoppers will receive a stamp on their passport for every $25 spent and then send in their completed passports to the Tahoe Chamber for the chance to win!

For every 8 stamps collected contestants are eligible to win $125

Shoppers can then submit completed passports with 8, 10, or 12 stamps on them to the Tahoe Chamber by mailing them in to: PO Box 17181, South Lake Tahoe, CA, 96151 or by dropping them off at: 169 HWY 50, Stateline, NV, 89449. Completed passports must be received by the Tahoe Chamber by January 5, 2019.

Want more prizes? Shoppers can text GoLocalTahoe to 63975 to access their digital passport on the Snaptown app. When they check in at a participating location, they will receive a stamp on their digital passport. The consumer that checks in at the most locations through out the campaign will win a stay-cation at the Landing Resort & Spa.
