SHAPING UP TO BE A GREAT DAY FOR EARLY SEASON TURNS. COLD TEMPS ARE ALLOWING RESORTS TO CONTINUE TO MAKE SNOW AND OPEN MORE LIFTS AND TERRAIN… GREAT SURFACE CONDITIONS WITH MACHINE GROOMED & SKIER-RIDER PACKED POWDER. LIFTS WILL OPERATE WIND & WEATHER PERMITTING.

TODAY’S WEATHER (NWS GREATER LAKE TAHOE AREA): Partly Cloudy. Highs 39 to 49. (29-39F on the slopes) Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph. Gusts up to 30 mph in the morning. Ridge gusts up to 75 mph.

TONIGHT: Partly Cloudy. Lows 14 to 24. Southwest winds 10 to 15 mph with gusts up to 30 mph. Ridge gusts up to 75 mph increasing to 95 mph after midnight.
TUESDAY: Partly Cloudy with a slight chance of snow showers. Highs 29 to 39. West winds 10 to 20 mph with gusts up to 40 mph. Ridge gusts up to 100 mph decreasing to 85 mph in the afternoon.

WHAT TO WEAR: Dress warm in layers with your Windproof-Waterproof Jacket. Take a hat, beanie, and wear a Helmet for Safety. Also wear good Sunglasses or Goggles and warm gloves. Don’t forget to use Sunscreen when the sun is out and Stay Hydrated at altitude!
