Ticket bargain at Squaw, Alpine Meadows

With the anticipation of more snow, Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows have launched the new Tahoe Super 2 which offers two unrestricted days of skiing and riding at either resort for $49 per day.
Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows offers 4,000 acres of open terrain, 31 lifts, 6 terrain parks and a jib pipe with 54 terrain park features. With snow predicted in the next week, both resorts are expected to add to their 3-to-4-foot bases.
“Conditions are incredible right now at Squaw and Alpine,” said Andy Wirth, president and CEO of Squaw Valley and Alpine Meadows. “If you haven’t had a chance to get out and enjoy the mountain yet, I guarantee you will be pleasantly surprised.”

The Tahoe Super 2, priced at $98 ($49 per day), provides two days of skiing and riding with absolutely no date restrictions and is valid for any two days in the 2011/2012 season (the two days do not need to be consecutive). This is a limited time offer, available only through Feb. 17, 2012.

In addition to two unrestricted days of skiing and riding, the Tahoe Super 2 also includes two additional afternoons of skiing and riding at Squaw Valley or Alpine Meadows. To redeem, purchasers of the Tahoe Super 2 can show their Super 2 pass at any ticket window and receive vouchers for any two Friday afternoons throughout the 2011/12 winter season. The Friday afternoon tickets will be valid from 12:30 p.m. - 4 p.m. or from 12:30 p.m.- 8 p.m. when night skiing is in effect (Squaw Valley only).
